State of Origin Promo – Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion Period commences 26/05/2021 and ends at 5:00am 15/07/2021.
3. The Promoter’s employees and their dependants are ineligible to enter under these terms.
4. Individuals are eligible to enter the prize draw if, during the Promotion Period they complete the following steps:
   1. Visit one of Cardzilla’s locations:
      • 163 Anderson Street, Cairns QLD 4870; or
      • 159 Charters Towers Road, Townsville QLD 4812,
        and receive a free #GOQLD Bumper Sticker.
   2. Take a photo of the sticker and upload it to Facebook or Instagram on a personal or business page.
   3. Tag both the Cardzilla & Triple M Cairns Facebook or Instagram pages and #GOQLD in your post and ensure the privacy is on public.
5. The winner will be announced on 15/07/2021 on Triple M Cairns radio station.
6. The draw winner shall be notified by direct message on the platform they entered on. The winner’s name will be published on platforms at the Promotor’s discretion.
7. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner. The prize is an Official State of Origin Jersey with the option of personalisation in the form of a name or number on the back of the Jersey. The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Delivery maybe organised at standard delivery fees and charges.
8. The Promoter, it’s directors and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in the Promotion or taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be executed by law.
9. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same address as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, if unclaimed or if the winner drawn remains ineligible to claim by 31/08/2021.
