Digital Artwork Supply Guidelines There are many advantages in supplying your own finished digital artwork. Supplying your own artwork ensures (as long as you adhere to our guidelines)that the finished product, no matter what it is, will be exactly the same as your original design. Accepted file formats: Corel Draw: up to version 12 EPS, PDF or CDR (fonts converted to curves) Adobe Illustrator: up to version 10 EPS, PDF or AI (fonts converted to curves) Adobe Photoshop: up to version 7 EPS, PDF or PSD (save layers and fonts) Quark Express: Quark files are still font dependent, even when exported as EPS. Preferably art should be created as Illustrator EPS with all fonts converted to curves.) ALL colours must be converted to CMYK (No RGB or Spot Colors.) Please allow a 3mm bleed on all sides of artwork. All bitmaps should be supplied at a resolution of absolutely no less than 300 dpi. To assist us in making your artwork to your exact specifications a PDF, JPG, TIFF or color printout of your artwork for us to use as a proof would be greatly appreciated. If you can’t supply your artwork in the above file formats, please provide us with a good quality print so that we can generate a digital file for you.
